What we solve

Four problems we are built for

Independent distribution exists because authorised channels cannot cover every situation. These are the four we handle daily.

Line down — need parts todayFactory lead time is 8+ weeks and the customer is waiting.
Stock check back the same day; dispatch within 1–3 working days of payment.
Mixed BOM, small quantitiesTwenty part numbers, none in volume, from four different distributors.
One-stop BOM consolidation — send the whole list, we ship it as one consignment.
Part number nobody stocksEvery distributor says "no stock, no ETA" and the design is already frozen.
Access to the Huaqiangbei spot network, including stock held outside distributor channels.
Part is obsolete or EOLManufacturer discontinued it, but the product is still in service.
Sourcing from remaining stock, plus alternative and replacement suggestions.

BOM consolidation

Send a complete BOM. We source active, passive, connector, crystal and power-module lines together and ship as one consignment — one invoice, one shipment, one point of contact.

  • Cross-reference and alternative suggestions included
  • Shortages flagged with realistic options, not silence
  • Consolidated packing to cut freight cost

Shortage sourcing

Cross-channel search through the Shenzhen spot market. If a part physically exists in stock somewhere, there is a realistic chance we can locate it and confirm date code before you commit.

  • Date code confirmed before you pay
  • Photographs of actual goods on request
  • Honest answer when a part genuinely cannot be found

Samples & pilot runs

From ten pieces for a prototype to small and mid-volume production batches. We would rather prove quality on a small order than compete on promises for a large one.

  • Low MOQ on most lines
  • Cut tape and partial reels available
  • Trial order pricing held for follow-up volume
Who we work with

Buyers who cannot afford a stockout

Our customers are not looking for the cheapest price on a datasheet part. They are looking for someone who answers the phone when the line stops.

OEM manufacturers

Production lines that stopped on a single missing line item, and design teams fighting an EOL notice on a board still shipping.

EMS providers

Contract manufacturers whose authorised suppliers cannot cover a customer BOM in full, and who need the gaps filled without breaking traceability.

Design houses & R&D teams

Prototype and pilot builds needing ten pieces of a part with a 26-week factory lead time, plus practical alternatives when the original is unobtainable.

Repair & service centres

Businesses keeping legacy equipment running long after the manufacturer walked away — the classic demand for discontinued and long-tail part numbers.

Small & mid-size traders

Independent distributors in other regions who need a reliable China-side sourcing partner rather than gambling on an unknown broker each time.

Anyone with an urgent part number

If you have a single part number and a deadline, that is a complete enquiry. You do not need an account, a contract or a forecast.

How it works

From enquiry to shipment in four steps

No portal, no registration, no account setup. Email or WhatsApp is enough to start.

1
Send your list

Email, WhatsApp or the form on this page. Part numbers and quantities are enough — a full BOM, a photo of a handwritten list or a spreadsheet all work.

No registration needed
2
We quote

Stock availability, date code, packaging and unit price — line by line. Where a part is unavailable we say so, and suggest alternatives instead of leaving it blank.

Usually within 4 hours
3
Verify and confirm

Ask for photographs of the actual goods, or arrange an independent third-party test before you commit. Payment by T/T once you are satisfied.

Your call on inspection
4
Dispatch & document

Packed with ESD and moisture protection, shipped by DHL / FedEx / UPS or consolidated air. Commercial invoice, packing list and tracking supplied.

What sits behind these six brands

Huaqiangbei is the densest concentration of electronic component trading in the world. That density is the reason a part can be physically located here when three distributors have told you it does not exist.

We do not claim to stock everything. We claim to be able to check properly, quickly, and tell you the truth either way.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell refurbished, re-marked or pulled parts
  • We do not quote a part we cannot verify
  • We do not offer payment terms other than T/T
  • We do not accept orders involving export-controlled end uses
  • We do not chase volume by promising what we cannot deliver
Being clear about the limits is the point.

Looking for a brand not listed? Send the part number — coverage is broader than this list.

Quality & compliance

How we protect you from bad material

The independent channel has a reputation problem. These are the concrete steps we take so that reputation does not become your problem.

Original, factory-sealed only

No refurbished, no re-marked, no pulled parts. Batch, marking, packaging and appearance are verified against the manufacturer's own labelling before any shipment leaves.

If we cannot verify it, we do not quote it.

Third-party inspection

On request we arrange an independent test report — X-ray, decapsulation, solderability or electrical test depending on the part and your concern. At your cost, before shipment.

Available for any line on any order.

Export compliance review

Export-control status, end-use sensitivity and brand-authorisation questions are reviewed before an order is accepted. For controlled categories we request an end-use statement and end-user details.

Non-compliant enquiries are declined, not negotiated.

Packaging for transit

ESD bags, moisture barrier and cushioning as standard. Cut tape and re-reeled quantities are labelled with the original date code and quantity so incoming inspection stays simple.

Photographs of packed goods supplied on request.

What we check before dispatch

  • Batch and lot number against the manufacturer's records
  • Marking, laser etch and font consistency under magnification
  • Package sealing, moisture indicator and tray/reel integrity
  • Pin condition and coplanarity on fine-pitch packages
  • Quantity count against the invoice, every line
  • Photographs taken of the actual goods before packing

Documents that ship with the goods

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list with quantities and date codes
  • Certificate of origin, where applicable
  • Datasheets for every part number supplied
  • Third-party test report, where one was ordered
  • Tracking number at the moment of dispatch

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask

If yours is not here, ask it directly — we would rather answer a hard question than lose the chance to.

Are you an authorised distributor?

No. We are an independent distributor. That is a deliberate position, not a shortcoming.

Authorised distributors are contractually restricted to the lines they hold, and their pricing reflects the manufacturer's own structure. We exist for the cases authorised channels cannot serve: parts outside their line card, quantities below their minimums, and stock situations where the factory lead time is simply too long.

What independent status does not mean is a lower standard of goods. Everything we ship is original and factory-sealed.

How do you prove the parts are genuine?

Three ways, all of which you can test before paying:

1. We state the date code and packaging detail on the quotation itself. A supplier who cannot give you a date code is telling you something.

2. We send photographs of the actual goods — reel or tray labels, marking, sealing — before shipment.

3. You can order an independent third-party inspection: X-ray, decapsulation, solderability or full electrical test. We arrange it, you receive the report, and the order proceeds only if you are satisfied.

What payment methods do you accept?

T/T only.

We made this a fixed policy rather than a menu. It keeps the transaction simple on both sides and removes any ambiguity about when payment has actually settled.

Bank details are supplied on the invoice. Please verify the account name matches the company name before transferring — if it does not, stop and contact us.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Depends on the part, not on an arbitrary company policy. Reeled parts often have a practical minimum of one reel or a cut-tape quantity; loose stock can go as low as ten pieces.

Small orders are genuinely welcome. A ten-piece order that leads to a production contract is a normal way for us to start a relationship.

Can you supply obsolete or discontinued parts?

Yes — this is one of the main reasons customers come to us. When a manufacturer issues an EOL notice, remaining stock circulates in the independent market for years afterwards.

Two cautions we give honestly: remaining stock means the date code may be old, and a part that has genuinely run out everywhere cannot be conjured. In that case we will suggest a functionally equivalent alternative rather than sell you a story.

Can you ship on DDP?

Yes. DDP means we handle carriage and import clearance, and you receive the goods with nothing further to arrange. It costs more than FOB, but for buyers without an established customs broker it is often the simpler total figure.

We will quote both where relevant, so you can compare rather than assume.

How fast is a quotation, really?

Typically within four working hours during Shenzhen business hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–18:00 GMT+8). Complex BOMs with many long-tail lines take longer — we would rather come back with everything checked than send half an answer.

If a part needs physical verification at a supplier before we can quote it, we will tell you and give a realistic time.

Do you handle excess inventory? Can I sell to you?

Yes. If you are holding surplus, short-dated or obsolete stock, send the list with quantities and date codes and we will make an offer.

This works in both directions — some of our best long-term relationships started with a customer selling us excess before they ever bought from us.

What about export controls and restricted end uses?

We review export-control status and end-use sensitivity before accepting an order, and we decline enquiries that are clearly non-compliant. For controlled categories we ask for an end-use statement and end-user information.

This is not us being difficult. Shipping first and asking questions later is how distributors end up in enforcement actions, and it is not a risk we take with our customers' names attached to it.

Where are you located, and can we visit?

We are in the Huaqiangbei electronics district of Futian, Shenzhen. Visits are genuinely welcome — buyers who have stood in our office tend to stop worrying about whether we exist.

Please arrange in advance so the right person is available and any specific parts you want to inspect are on hand.

Send us the part numbers you are stuck on.

One part or a full BOM — send it over and you will have stock and pricing back the same day. No registration, no account setup.
